Siciliani is recognised as a leader in the meat industry for three simple reasons: passion, innovation, and quality. Our story began in the mid-1920s, when the Siciliani family started a meat trading business. In the late 1970s, Siciliani S.p.A. was established. Thanks to constant and targeted investment efforts, we have grown into one of the most important production companies in central and southern Italy.

Our facility in Palo del Colle, equipped with the most advanced technology in the industry, covers an area of over 20,000 square meters. It includes an 8,000 square metre slaughterhouse with three different slaughter lines, allowing the company to perform ritual slaughtering. There is also a 1,000 square metre area dedicated exclusively to the production of fresh and frozen minced meat, supported by a modern facility for freezing hamburgers and other processed products.

The high level of specialisation of our staff, the automation of our packaging processes and our efficient sales and logistics enable us to fully satisfy the diverse needs of our customers, including with customised product lines, thanks to a wide range of fresh and frozen meats. In order to guarantee the high quality of all products and the total safety of the meat supply chains, an internal analysis laboratory carries out scrupulous daily checks, in compliance with the strictest production regulations.
